As the Director of Business Development, Renee assists in the planning, initiation, implementation, and administration of programs to attract industries to locate or expand within TDC’s industrial parks and the greater North Country. Her work includes facilitating resources to support existing businesses and attract new investment to retain and create quality jobs for the community.

Previously, Renee served in the dual role of Director of Economic Development for Clinton County and Executive Director of the County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency. She also was a senior economic developer for Capitalize Albany Corporation in the City of Albany. In 2023, she was named in City and State’s Albany 40 Under 40, recognizing her contributions to economic and small business development in Albany and the North Country, as well as a Woman on the Rise by the Albany Business Review.

Renee holds a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. She lives in Peru with her husband and daughter.
