In the spring of 2020, TDC broke ground on Industrial Boulevard for a new 60,000-square-foot industrial spec building. This spring, we’re looking forward to welcoming our first tenants into the space. Located on the site of the former Clinton County Airport, and in the heart of Air Industrial Park, this new building is at the forefront of new growth and development of the industrial parks in our region.
Since breaking ground, the North Country’s Luck Builders have been collaborating closely with TDC’s facilities and project manager, Roger Livernois to keep this large-scale project on schedule. The job is expected to be completed by the end of this month, allowing for tenants to begin occupying the building this spring. “The whole design team R.M.S. Architects, Jeffords Steel and Engineering, and the team at Luck Builders have worked together to keep this large-scale project on time and on budget, providing another quality building to TDC’s portfolio,” comments Livernois. “We look forward to all of the opportunities that this building will allow for its future tenants.”
The new building is designed for light manufacturing and warehousing, with 26-foot ceilings, drive-in doors, loading docks and ample office space. The building can be occupied by three separate entities in each of the 20,000 square foot suites or by a larger organization utilizing two or more suites with easy access to the additional square footage through the 14’x16’ overhead doors within the demising walls in the warehouse space. The flexibility that this space offers makes it a great fit for a business set for expansion over several years.
