On Tuesday, April 26, 2022 TDC and its partners came together to celebrate another groundbreaking ceremony. This is the second speculative build in the last two years for the organization. Through the work of our Board and partnerships, with regional organizations, TDC will add this new building to our current 18 industrial facilities within the region. The facilities make up approximately 700,000 sq ft of industrial space which supports the employment of over 1000 people. The 17 tenants within are made up of international and domestic companies, many from neighboring Quebec. We are proud to partner with all these companies doing business in the North Country.
TDC’s newest building, which should be completed in April 2023, offers 60,000 sq. ft. of industrial space, 26 ft. high ceilings and two private suites of 30,000 sq. ft. Each. This will be the 19th building for TDC NNY within both industrial parks. The project was made possible by Glens Falls National Bank, Luck Builders, Robert M. Sutherland, P.C., and the Clinton County IDA
During a time of much anxiety around the state of business I am happy to say this is the second 60,000 sq ft Industrial facility TDC has constructed since the onset of COVID in late 2019. While the name on the facility will be TDC we could not have been able to prosper and grow during this period without our regional partners which some of them are here today.

Since the groundbreaking ceremony, the construction has been moving quickly! In two months, the 60,000 SF concrete foundations for the building is almost complete. The time frame for completion is still on schedule for March/April of 2023, the next phase will be the delivery and installation of the steel beams. The final paving should be completed in May 2023. Our new Facilities and Project Manager, Jay Bouchard is now managing all progress as Roger Livernois retires at the end of the month.
The 60,000 SF building with two suites (30,000 SF each) is still available for lease. Reach out to Danielle King, our Director of Business and Workforce Development for discussion!
