It is the start of spring and things at TDC feel as new and exciting as the season itself!

Over the first quarter of 2021 we:

• Settled into our new office space on Industrial Boulevard.
• Transitioned our brand and website.
• Completed construction on our new 60,000 SF warehouse, and it is already occupied!
• Maintained our building occupancy and helped current tenants expand within our park.
• And, vaccines have become readily available for all.

Talk about a lot of positive change since the start of the new year.

While there has been a lot of new and fresh around the TDC office, rest assured that our commitment to our mission remains the same. We continue to look for ways to provide space for new tenants and support the growth of business in the region. An elevated level of occupancy in our buildings is an indication of the power that our region has in attracting and retaining industry. We are working diligently to find solutions for available space for any prospective business looking to move or expand their business in northern NY. In addition, we are committed to continuing to support workforce development in our community. We understand that the face of business has changed in the last year but the need to have a trained workforce will always be imperative to success. TDC has launched a new grant program to focus on providing support for the education of local students (our future workforce) and employees of our tenant businesses (our current workforce). We are excited about this funding opportunity and encourage you to apply for resources today.
