Cheryl Dodd recently celebrated her 5-year anniversary with TDC. If you’ve visited our offices any time in our recent history, then you’ve met Cheryl as she’s greeted you into our space. As TDC’s Administrative Assistant she not only helps to keep our daily operations running smoothly, she also keeps our team together by coordinating birthday celebrations and maintaining a well-stocked candy supply in the breakroom. Cheryl keeps our office well organized and well decorated for each of the holidays and her friendly disposition makes her a great asset to our team.

The project I am most proud to have been a part of with TDC is helping to move our offices twice, during a pandemic at that! What advice would you give to someone who wants to be in your field?
Being a team player is very important, find joy in where you work.
What advice would you give someone starting their career?
When in doubt, ask questions. It's easier to ask questions the first time than have to go back and correct what you have already done.
What advice would you have given your younger self?
Don’t sweat the small stuff, take life slowly and enjoy because it goes by so quickly!
What are your personal goals for the future?
To be a part of the TDC team until my retirement. Spend as much time with my kids, grandkids, family and friends as I can.
What are you looking forward to the most in the next 5 years?
Watching my grandkids grow up. I am also hopeful for our world to be a more peaceful, ‘normal’ place.
Thank you, Cheryl, for all you do for TDC!
