I am pleased to announce the promotion of Mrs. Danielle (Dani) King to the position of Vice President. Dani joined TDC in June 2019 as the Business Development Manager in which she was responsible for working with new and existing tenants, overseeing lead generation programs, expanding TDC marketing platforms, and initiating a workforce development program. In 2022, Dani was promoted to Director of Business and Workforce Development reflecting her broad focus on workforce development. Dani has continued to take on a greater role at TDC including the development of tenant focus groups and participation on regional boards. During this period she has continued to expand her knowledge by completing continuing education programs. She recently completed the required Economic Development courses and earned her CEcD designation. She has demonstrated an ability to perform at a high level and to think broadly. — David F. Champagne III, President and CEO, TDC
In Dani’s new role, she will continue to oversee all aspects of Business and WorkforceDevelopment while taking on a broader role in TDC management. Dani will pick up supervisory responsibility for the Facilities and Project Manager, play a bigger role in finance and budgeting activities, and begin to get involved in HR policies and implementation.
Prior to Dani’s employment at TDC she was the Director of NAmTrans at the North Country Chamber of Commerce. Dani holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from SUNY Plattsburgh, and a Master of Arts degree in Community and Economic Development from SUNY Empire State College.
Based on Dani’s history, I am confident she will be successful in her expanded role. — David F. Champagne III, President and CEO
