Roger has managed everything from snow removal to capital investments to supervising construction projects for the organization’s industrial parks. Roger has been responsible for requesting bids, awarding contracts, and managing capital improvements for TDC properties. Roger has worked in facilities management for over 30 years. Starting his career as an electrician, he has since specialized in the maintenance of a variety of complex systems including boilers, HVAC, and heavy equipment.
One of Roger's accomplishments during his tenure at TDC was creating and implementing a 10 year capital expenditure summary. Roger credits the support of TDC and its Board for the support of his vision. TDC's Premier Industrial Parks has clearly seen the fruits of his labor. Roger will be greatly missed at TDC but we wish him the very best as he enters retirement.
Roger plans on spending his retirement travelling around the country with his wife and vacationing in Florida during the winter. No more North Country winters for Roger!
Happy retirement, Roger! We wish you well!
Roger is one of the most detail-oriented people that I have ever worked with. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with (and learn from) him, even for a short time… He will certainly be missed at TDC! I wish him the best in retirement, Safe travels Roger!
