TDC staff is settling into new office space located at 109 Industrial Boulevard in Plattsburgh, NY. Joining the other businesses located in Air Industrial Park, TDC is proud to be part of the growing development on the site of the former Clinton County airport.
This transition has been in place for over a year, when TDC vacated their previous office space to allow for tenant Northern Culinary Brands to expand their operations. TDC’s new office puts them in closer proximity to a majority of their tenants and offers ample meeting space for prospective businesses.
Next to TDC’s office is 60,000 SF of premier spec industrial space. Currently under construction, this building is expected to be completed by spring of 2021. TDC’s office and new Industrial building were designed and constructed by local engineering and construction companies, RMS and Luck Builders.
